The global business environment is currently buffeted by head winds of de-globalisation, Brexit and the US-China trade war. This has added a new dimension to global competition resulting in business organizations being forced to introspect and re-strategise in the face of a deepening human resource crunch. In order to remain competitive business organisations the world over are looking inward and placing an increasing emphasis on self – development through creativity, innovation and team work.
The role of managers in the current VUCA environment will therefore be more people– oriented than before. Successful managers today will not only need to develop strong interpersonal relationships but also engage and motivate their employees into achieving synergistic output through effective self and team performance.
The objective of the programme is to prepare managers to face the challenge of change by understanding people potential through self development, innovation and empowerment. Specifically the workshop aims at:
• Enhancing understanding of the Self and others.
• Developing effective interpersonal Skills.
• Encouraging a creative and innovative work environment
• Developing effective inter-personal competence amongst team members.
