Shri Sanjay Singhania is the co-founder of Epack group of companies which had an annual revenue of around Rs 3650 crores in FY 2024-25, has 3 business verticals and operates around 13 operational manufacturing plants across India. It has 3 companies under its fold. Overall the group employees around 1950 staff and 5100 plus workers.
- Epack Durables Limited (Listed in BSE / NSE) with a market cap of close to Rs 3,800 crores. It is the 2nd largest ODM of Room Air conditioners in India.
- Epack Prefab Technologies Limited. It operates in the prefab building space and is the 3rd largest player in the prefab market. The public issue of the company closed recently and the listing is expected on 1st October 2025. Market cap of this company is likely to be around Rs 2400 crores.
- Epack Petrochem Limited is fairly a new group in the group which commenced its commercial production from October’24 onwards. The company is in manufacturing of EPS Resin.
Besides the above the group also has JV companies in association with RR Kabel (Ram Ratna Group) and Sperry Group.
Sanjay has been a member of PHD since the year 2017 and has been the Chair / Co-Chair of various committees like ICT Committee, Delhi NCR Committee, Infra Committee, etc. He has been an active member of the MC since 2017.
