PHDCCI-Kashmir Congratulates the Nation on Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link; Hails Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi & LG for Landmark Project
The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) – Kashmir extends its heartfelt congratulations to the nation on the historic inauguration of the Udhampur-Srinagar-Baramulla Rail Link by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi. The long-awaited Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Srinagar Vande Bharat Express marks a transformative milestone, heralding a new era of economic growth, enhanced connectivity, and prosperity for the Kashmir Valley. This visionary project stands as a special Eid gift to the people of Kashmir by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, reinforcing the government’s commitment to inclusive development and national integration.
Mr. A.P. Vicky Shaw, Chairman of PHDCCI Kashmir, lauded the dynamic leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the relentless efforts of the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir in bringing this monumental infrastructure project to fruition. He emphasized that the rail link will unlock unprecedented opportunities for trade, tourism, and regional development, while significantly easing logistical challenges for Kashmir’s produce and enhancing seamless connectivity with the rest of the country.
