Mobile Medical Clinic project of PHDRDF, supported by DS Group inaugurated in Purquazi, UP
To improve the well-being of the rural populace and to make them more aware and conscious about their health needs, PHD Rural Development Foundation, supported by Dharampal Satyapal Group’s (DS Group) CSR initiative today launched a Mobile Medical Clinic project at Purquazi, Muzaffarnagar, in Uttar Pradesh.
The project was launched by flagging off the Ambulance van by Mr Ranjeet Kumar, BDO; Mr Mahipal Singh Choudhary, Chairman of Cooperative from Kellanpur-Dhamat; Dr. Arun Kumar, MOIC from Health department, Purquazi; Mr Prabhakant Jain, Head CSR DS Group; Mr Subodh Shisodia, Sr. Vice President, DS Group; Pradhans of five gram panchayats (Shakarpur, Randawali, Suhaheri, Harinagar and K Prabhat herki); Dr Kadambari, CEO PHDRDF; Ms Anjana Team Lead Projects and other officials were present during the inaugural ceremony of the project.
The initiative is aimed to cater free primary preventive, clinical and diagnostic medical care services to the underprivileged population of 8 nearby villages of Purquazi namely Randawali, Suhwahedi, Megha, Chandan, Buccha Basti, Mirzapur, Harinagar and Hussainpur.
Around 300 Generic Health Camps and 25 Awareness Camps will be conducted across these villages on annual basis.
Services like blood oxygen level check-ups and blood test facilities like haemoglobin and blood sugar will be provided by qualified team of medical and paramedics professionals.
Mr Sharad Jaipuria, Chairman, PHDRDF congratulating the team stated that this project will improve the overall health and well-being of the community along with generating awareness on various health issues.
