The objective of the webinar was to focus on the new ways of handling the cancellation of payment & orders along with the new sales strategies to get the clients during Corona and maintain the sales which organisation had before corona pandemic. The webinar commenced with the Opening remarks by Mr Pradeep Multani, Senior Vice President, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry whereby he highlighted the implications of COVID Pandemic on the businesses in these times, he also emphasized on the need of these workshops to cope with the business challenges. Mr Rahul Jain the pioneer who got the concept of Business Coaching to India, 16 years ago and the Founder Director of Business Coaching India LLP. He is a professional (Engg. & M.B.A) with over 25 years’ hands-on experience, with blue chip companies such as TATAMOTORS and then as a serial entrepreneur. Mr Rahul Jain during the session explained how businesses can cope up with the pandemic challenges using simple strategies like cost-cutting via benchmarking methodology and reviving sales via acquiring lost clients and increasing passive revenue. The session was very interactive with hands on approach on Business strategies.
