PHDCCI FELICITATES FILM MAKER SATISH KAUSHIK FOR HIS HARNAVI MOVIE – ‘CHHORIYAN CHHORON SE KAM NAHI HOTI’
PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) on Saturday felicitated well known Film Actor, Director and Producer Mr Satish Kaushik for his newly produced Haryanvi film ‘Chhoriyan Chhoron Se Kam Nahi Hoti’.
The Movie “Chhoriyan Chhoron Se Kam Nahi Hoti” is a journey of a young girl, where on her birth the candles were doused, she lit up her own life with fire and passion to show her family that she is nothing less than a son. Despite getting no support from her father at home, who thinks ‘girls are meant for household chores only’ she fights all odds to prove her father wrong and goes on to join the prestigious IPS.
The event was jointly presided over by President, Sr. Vice President and Vice President, PHDCCI, Mr Rajeev Talwar, Dr D K Aggarwal and Mr Sanjay Aggarwal in which Chair, Entertainment and Media Committee, Mr Mukesh Gupta; Co-Chair, Tourism Committee, Mr Rajan Sehgal and Chair, Haryana Committee, Mr Pranav Gupta were also present during the screening of movie with its Principal Director, Mr Yogesh Srivastav.
The Chamber President, Mr Talwar along with his other colleagues in the Managing Committee felicitated Mr Kaushik widely acknowledging his contribution in the world of film and cinema.
It depicts the issues that women residing in Haryana encounter and also promotes the campaign of the Government of India – ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ which aims to generate awareness and improve the efficiency of welfare services intended for girls in India.
