Amnesty Scheme 2009 of Government of Rajasthan

As members are aware, the PHD Chamber has been urging in the past the Government of Rajasthan to introduce a mechanism for one-time settlement of trade & industry related cases pending with the State Government.

We are happy to inform the members that, recently, the Government of Rajasthan has announced “Amnesty Scheme – 2009 “effective from 15th February 2009 up to 31st March 2009, for settlement of the pending cases with the State Government.
