Chamber's Initiatives

As a result of the PHD Chamber initiatives, Government of Rajasthan has agreed to the following simplifications in VAT procedures:

- Relaxation in the limit for exemption from VAT Audit from Rs 40 lacs to Rs 1 crore

- To allow input credit under Section 18 till the submission of annual return

- To disburse VAT refunds within a month

- To allow options of filing returns annually or once in three months
