PGCIL, GAIL, DABUR INDIA ARE AMONG THE AWARDEES OF PHD ANNUAL AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE 2018
PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry honoured the following entities and individuals with PHD Annual Awards for Excellence 2018 for their outstanding contribution which were given away today by the Union Minister of Commerce & Industry and Civil Aviation, Dr. Suresh P Prabhu during the 113th Annual Session of the Chamber in which former President, PHD Chamber, Mr. K P Singh along with its President, Sr. Vice President and Vice President, Mr. Anil Khaitan, Mr. Rajeev Talwar and Mr. D K Aggarwal were present.
Good Corporate Citizen Award to Power Grid Corporation of India Limited
Award for Outstanding Contribution to Social Welfare to GAIL (India) Limited and Dabur India Limited
Distinguished Entrepreneurship Award to Mr. Ravikant Jaipuria, Chair, Varun Beverages Limited
Special Jury Award for Social Work by a Woman to Ms. Rashi Anand, Founder, Lakshyam
Life Time Achievement Award won by Dr. Bindeshwar Pathak, Founder Sulabh International Social Service Organization.
Distinguished Entrepreneurship Award specifically for MSMEs were conferred upon Mr. Jasvinder Singh, Managing Director, Supermac Industries (I) Ltd.; Outstanding Business Woman Award – Ms. Sartaj Lamba, CEO, AJ Travels Pvt. Ltd. and Award for Excellence in Start-ups – Omatek Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.
PHD Chamber Annual Awards for Excellence were instituted in 1997 to recognise Indian businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals for their outstanding achievements, contributions in select areas and to promote corporate and individual initiatives in economic, social and educational areas.
