Serial blasts in the Capital this Saturday evening at busy market places have shaken the City and the Country. PHD Chamber feels that security issue is not the responsibility of the Government alone, but with the entire society including Business and Industry.

The Closed Circuit TV’S are an effective deterrent, but sadly most of them were non operational during the time of need. PHD Chamber had duly recommended installing CCTV’s to maintain surveillance. Dr L K Malhotra, President PHD Chamber is strongly recommending its members to contribute liberally so that CCTV’s can be installed at all important points and also maintained properly.
