Mid Size Businesses
The advent of private equity industry has energized the entrepreneurial climate of India. Private equity firms are greatly contributing to the growth of businesses, by providing the much needed and timely capital to industries, infrastructure projects and the services sector. Private equities have also been contributing to optimizing the company’s financing structure, general management guidance at the board level and improvement in business processes.
To deliberate on the role of private equity in the development of mid size businesses and to understand how to reach out to the private equity investors for different businesses and for varying investment sizes; role of PE players in terms of value addition; kind of interaction between the companies and the PE investors; expectation regarding return on investment and the process of exist for PE investors, PHD Chamber’s Banking & Financial Services Committee in association with Capital Market Committee is organizing a Seminar on the captioned subject on Friday, 17 September 2010 from 10.45 a.m. up to lunch, at PHD House, New Delhi.
