PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry on Monday organized a Seminar on “Roadmap to do Business with USA” in which a core recommendations came out that Indian companies that wish to expand their business in the United States should do it either through formation of joint venture or else with corporation route.
 

“These two channels are the ideal ways for overseas companies including those of Indians to set up their businesses in the United States which has 50 states with different statute and corporate laws”, said Attorney, Smith Gambrell, Russell, LLP, USA, Mr. Michael Kraus.
 

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Kraus emphasized that the United States of America have laws that are rigid as well as flexible and therefore, suggested Indian businessmen to diversify their operations in USA with through legal provisions with help of attorneys and the like.
 

He also advised the Indian businessmen not to trust their fellow Indians in obtaining their advise and completely believing them as many cases have happened in which the Indians landed with problems on influence of affinity as later on it was discovered that in few cases a feeling of trustiness led to deception.
 

Commercial Attache, Embassy of the USA in India, Mr. Paul Frost invited Indian businessmen for their forthcoming mega investment summit in the month of June 2017 to network with their counterparts in America as it would provide them with an insight as to how preliminary ground is done before setting up business in the largest democracy of the world.
 

In his welcome remarks, Sr. Vice President, PHD Chamber, Mr. Anil Khaitan also cautioned his fellow businessmen saying that lot of detailing are needed before one sets up ones business in USA as this country is very sensitive on host of issues.
 

Among others who also spoke on the occasion consisted of Chairman, International Affairs Committee-Americas (North), PHD Chamber, Mr. Rajnish Goenka and Founder and CEO, the Global Trade Driver, Mr. D V Venkatagiri.
