Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE CHAMBER AGAINST

CONFERENCE ROOM BOOKINGS

 

1.         If any Party intends to cancel the Conference Room Booking by giving notice of 15 days or more, 25% of the Hire Charges will be deducted.

2.         If any Party intends to cancel the Conference Room Booking by giving notice of 14 days – 8 days, 50% of the Hire Charges will be deducted.

3.         If any Party intends to cancel the Conference Room Booking by giving notice of 7 days or less, 100% of the Hire Charges will be deducted.

While booking of the halls, security deposit plus 100% hire charges are received from the parties. In case of cancellation, security deposit plus balance amount from the cancellation charges is refunded to the Party within 20 days.

Mode of refunds shall be through NEFT.

In case of excess amount after adjustment of the final bill against conference booking, the excess amount and security deposit is refunded to the Party within 20 days after the day of event organized.
