PHD Chamber, the apex regional business organization serving Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh and Union Territory of Chandigarh is organizing the 11th Chief Secretaries' Summit on Saturday, 4th September 2010 at 10.30 am at Taj Palace Hotel, Diplomatic Enclave, Sardar Patel Marg, New Delhi-110021.
